Join Run Those Dogs at Marysville’s Poochapalooza

For the second year in a row, Run Those Dogs is so excited to co-sponsor and be on site at the Marysville, WA Poochapalooza Outdoor Dog Event.  . We hope you will join us with your fur baby on Saturday, July 8, 2017 for this fun, family-friendly Snohomish County event. Hundreds of other dog owners from around the Pacific Northwest will also attend.

About Poochapalooza

Poochapalooza, now in its 11th year, is organized by the Marysville Dog Owners Group (MDOG). They are a 501(c)3 non-profit whose goal is to raise funds and awareness that will assist county and city parks systems to establish more off-leash dog parks in the Marysville area. They understand and support Run Those Dogs owner Jennifer Sewell’s business motto, “A tired dog is a happy dog.”

 

Dog Marysville Poochapalooza Run Those DogsRun Those Dogs sponsors this event because we want to support pet-friendly activities and parks in our area. We also get to meet so many new dog lovers from all over the region. We had so much fun last year and expect this year to be even better. More than 60 pet-related vendors will be there to share their wares and services. Plus, we are looking forward to the fun events like the Fashion Runway Show, Running of the Wieners and Mixed Breed Races, Olympic Disc Dog and Rainier Agility Team performances, and the Pooch Pie Eating Contests.

 

The event runs from 10 AM to 4 PM at Asbery Field, 1605 7th Street in downtown Marysville, WA. Admission is just $5 (larger donations will be accepted) and funds raised will support the ongoing maintenance and improvements (a shade shelter, benches, etc.) at Marysville’s Strawberry Fields for Rover Off-Leash Park.

Be sure to stop by the Run Those Dogs booth. We’ll offer a raffle whose prizes include hand-made pet blankets crafted by Jen herself. You can also sign up with your e-mail address for a chance to win pet store gift cards and many other fun prizes. Winners will be drawn Saturday and announced on Facebook. Don’t worry, participants need not to be present to win. The best part is, by joining our e-mail list you’ll also be automatically entered for a chance to win future prizes we’ll give away each month beginning this fall.
